WHO AM I?
I'm a rare enterprise
Adorning the corridors of our creator's paradise
Capture any glimpse of my shine
And be eager to see His majesty divine.
In all corners of His glorious household
I'm a faithful vision to behold
I'm also a distinctive work of art
Well crafted to bring forth light from any dark part
As well as to grow fullness from emptiness
And because my existence glorifies His everlasting presence of excellence
I'm not only His tool for honor
But also a vendor of His splendor
And even His angels know that like the morning dew
My beauty is always born anew
To compliment His ceaseless creations so pure and so true
In other words, am as indicator of hope and heaven too
A close companion and a special agent of the Master
Who in the genesis of time made us as we are
Surely I'm the aroma of Christ our Savior
A sweet smelling fragrance of God's grace
And a fabulous flavor of His divine favor
Therefore, soaked daily in the purity and holiness of His blood
And rooted in the power of His body and word
I'm a fruitful tree flourishing heavenwards.

LOVE TO LOVE
I love to love because;
To love is to ignite with passion, and then burn with satisfaction.
It is to live with devotion, and then grow into mutual completion.
To love is to give to receive, and then receive to give.
It is to care to share, and then share because of care.
Also, it is to admit to and to submit to at necessary times.
Moreover love itself is not only a blissful song by you and i,
but also a soulful chorus by all of us.
And when in love there is a constant sacrifice,
the destination is always paradise.

TINSEL TOWN
There is an
area of the Niger called tinsel town
Where many
are uplifted by putting others down
In this town
poverty is more abound
Despite
riches seen all around
As the poor
folks wonder for how long will the gari soak
Just because
they are dead broke,
The rich
ones lavishly transform from cloak to cloak
As if being
less privileged is a complete joke
Thus, the
poor now accepts life as the most unfortunate sequel
Where all
fingers are truly not equal
But for
change sake they’ll never cease to try and try
For who
knows, one day the rich may also cry

Are not only draining our economy of its milk & honey
But are also reducing our rich and fertile lands
To mere crumbs of fruitless sands
See how they change and treat our constitutions like prostitutes
In order to suite their self-fish pursuits
An without regard for the people’s need
Their corrupt deeds breeds greed
Now all over the world ours is a sad story
Because they’ve chosen to celebrate and compensate vain glory
Indeed it’s really painful to know that they derive pleasure
From looting all that we truly treasure
Therefore time is ripe enough for an inspirational revolution
And rather than just complaining I will become a solution
By empowering many people through my intellectual capacity and capability
Despite being deprived of enabling platforms to showcase my patriotic responsibility

I remember faithfully that when You gave me the privilege and opportunity to become Your close friend, You also promised that even if You did not bless me in the beginning, You will surely do so in the end.
Therefore, may i remind You that it is way past the eleventh hour and You are yet to demonstrate Your Power by sending down Your glory to change my story. In-fact,this year is almost reaching its full circle without me receiving a life changing miracle.

Can not be attained by sitting idly by
Or just by looking unto the sky,
Because to gain His friendship you must try.
Daily you must really try to know Him word for word,
Know why He so much cares for you and this world.
And as you do, you will come to know a God
Whose word is sharper than any two-edged sword.
Faith in this God and his word doesn't only bring true wisdom
But also enables you to achieve the ultimate freedom
Which gives you a valid pass into His Kingdom
Where you will surely find rest in His bosom.

Grow in the love and knowledge of God,and the wisdom of His word will certainly give you peace of mind.

PRAY & PLOW
Today, as I aim in God’s name to reach my prime,
I uncover the wisdom to move ahead in His time
And I now realize that I failed yesterday
Because faith without work made me stray
So as I proceed to touch the hearts of many men,
I neither ponder how nor when
For surely the time to arise and shine is now.
Yet daily, I must pray and plow.
And I shall continue to work this earth’s field
